The Northwest Tribal Emergency Mgmt. Council assists Tribes on numerous planning projects and training including Interoperable Emergency Communications, Hazards Mitigation, Comprehensive Emergency Mgmt Plans (CEMPs) and conducts ICS, NIMS and CERT trainings.
